Dongguan Chaoyi Hardware Spring Co., Ltd. was established in 2016. The company is located in Changping Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, a famous manufacturing town in China, with convenient transportation. It is a powerful manufacturing enterprise integrating hardware springs.
The company has multiple advanced spring machines, such as computer machines and computer spring coiling machines, and testing equipment such as spring testing machines, image measuring instruments, and spring life testing instruments. It mainly designs, produces, and sells various extension springs, compression springs, torsion springs, wire forming, flat springs, special-shaped springs, coat hooks, keyboard balance bars, hardware stamping parts, etc. The products are widely used in various fields such as auto parts, key switches, locks, children's vehicles, small household appliances, computer display hinges, keyboards and mice, instruments and meters, medical devices, and sports equipment. The materials come from Japan, South Korea, and well-known steel manufacturers in China.
The annual production of springs exceeds 100 million. In addition to domestic sales, the products are also directly sold to the European Union, North America, Asia and other regions.
